Who writes this
OrderStack is written by Jamie Mercer. I'm a software developer by trade, and this site is where I work through the tools small businesses actually run on — trying them out, reading their real published pricing, and writing down what I find. No sponsored rankings, no recycled marketing copy.
How we work
Every article is built from using the product where we can, reading its current published pricing, and comparing how the tools actually behave in practice. We say when we haven't tested something, and we date every article — including the last update — so you know how fresh it is.
How we make money
Some links are affiliate links: if you sign up for a tool through one of them, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. If we ever run a sponsored post, it will be labelled as one. Affiliate relationships never determine what we recommend — if a tool is worse, we say so, and if a tool is better for your situation, we say that too, even when we earn nothing from it.

Software pricing and features change constantly. If you spot something out of date, tell us and we'll fix it and note the change at the top of the article.
